Corporate events are a bigger production than private parties — more guests cycling through, custom branding on screen, structured competitions with a live leaderboard, COIs and venue coordination, and often full-day scheduling. We scope each one individually so you only pay for what your event needs.
Every rental includes professional delivery, complete setup and teardown, a simulator attendant, launch monitor technology, clubs, projector, impact screen, and live Closest-to-the-Pin and Long Drive competitions with a real-time leaderboard.
Add extra hours to any package for $225/hour. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional travel charge.

How much space do I really need?
We offer two enclosure sizes: about 17′ long × 17′ wide × 11′ high (compact) or 20′ long × 20′ wide × 13′ high (standard). Garages, large living rooms, conference rooms, backyards, and driveways usually work great — we'll confirm which unit fits your venue.
What if it rains?
We can set up indoors at most venues, including garages and large rooms. If your event is outdoor-only, we'll work with you to pick a backup plan or reschedule within our availability.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. We arrive 30–45 minutes before your start time, inflate and calibrate the simulator, and break it all down at the end. A dedicated attendant stays for the entire event.
Is power required on site?
A standard nearby outlet is ideal. If your event has no power source — like a remote outdoor location — we can bring a small quiet generator. Just let us know when you request booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up fast — especially in summer and around the holidays. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for weekend events, sooner for peak dates.
Why is corporate pricing custom instead of a flat package?
Our package prices ($695–$1,295) are built for private parties — birthdays, graduations, backyard events with a couple dozen guests. Corporate events are a different production: 50–100+ guests kept moving through structured contests, your logo and branding on screen, certificates of insurance and venue coordination, and often full-workday scheduling. Same simulator, much bigger operation around it — so we quote each corporate event based on guest count, hours, and what the day needs. Most land well below what premium activation companies charge for the same thing.
